“Succession” actor Nicholas Braun was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence in New Hampshire on Friday, according to police.

The 37-year-old actor was on Lee Road in Moultonborough at around 11:15 p.m. when he was arrested for DUI-impairment and operating without lights, according to the Moultonborough Police Department.

Police did not share any details regarding Braun’s arrest. It is not clear what Braun was allegedly under the influence of.

Braun is scheduled to be arraigned on Sept. 16 in Ossipee Circuit Court, according to the New Hampshire Judicial Branch.

A representative for the actor did not immediately respond to an NBC News request for comment.

Braun is best known for portraying Greg Hirsch in HBO’s fan-favorite show, “Succession.” The actor entered the hearts of many as “Cousin Greg,” Logan Roy’s naive and money-hungry great-nephew, and was nominated three times for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.

He made his film debut on the Disney feature film “Sky High,” and went on to star in Disney Channel original movies, “Minutemen” and “Princess Protection Program.”

Braun also appeared on ABC’s “10 Things I Hate About You,” and “The Secret Life of the American Teenager.” More recently, he appeared in the 2024 film “Saturday Night,” where he played both Andy Kaufman and Jim Henson.
