Judge Issues Harsh Restrictions Against Kelley Wolf
On August 28, a Utah judge handed Kelley a devastating blow when a new protective order barred her from any contact with Scott and their three children, Jackson, Miller, and Lucy.
According to court documents reviewed by PEOPLE, the protective order requires her to stay at least 300 feet away from Scott and the kids, except during court-approved mediation sessions.
The order also bans the life coach from “committing, attempting, or threatening any form of violence,” which includes harassment, stalking, or causing physical harm.
In addition, Kelley is not permitted to use drugs or alcohol until her next hearing on September 10.
The only time she can return to the family’s Park City home is under police supervision to collect her belongings.

Arrest Sparked By Social Media Post Against Scott Wolf
The judge’s order follows Kelley Wolf’s August 26 arrest on suspicion of electronic communications harassment.
According to a police report, Kelley posted Scott’s personal phone number on Instagram, exposing him to a flood of calls and texts.
Officers said the “Everwood” actor received “about 24 calls and multiple texts in the first ten minutes” after the post went live, disrupting his ability to communicate with their children.
Kelley was arrested on the same day and charged with two class B misdemeanors: electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communications harassment.
She was released two days later under conditions that banned her from alcohol and drugs unless prescribed and required her to undergo medical or psychological treatment.

Kelley Wolf Once Had Limited Parenting Rights
Before the new protective order, Kelley and Scott had agreed to temporary arrangements regarding custody, finances, and communication.
Court filings from July 15 revealed that the mom of three was allowed supervised parenting time and three weekly supervised video or phone calls with her children.
The agreement stated that the ultimate goal was for Kelley to regain unsupervised parenting rights once concerns were addressed.
Scott, on the other hand, kept control of the family’s Park City home and marital funds.
He was ordered to provide Kelley with $10,000 a month in living expenses, as well as cover her car payments, attorney fees, and some credit card bills.

A strict social media gag order was also part of the agreement, forbidding either party from posting about their marriage, divorce, or children.
Despite these safeguards, Kelley allegedly violated the deal multiple times, triggering further legal fallout.
Kelley Wolf’s Social Media Outbursts Escalate The Drama
Kelley Wolf’s growing conflict with her ex-husband spilled online, fueling more tension in their already volatile divorce.
On July 29, she filmed herself attempting to enter the couple’s home with police present.
The since-deleted video showed her visibly upset, insisting she had “done everything humanly possible to retrieve some basic items” from the house. She added, “I’m sick of being treated like I’m crazy.”
Weeks later, she shocked followers by claiming she had been “taken against [her] will” after a friend called 911 over her “escalating mental health crisis.”
Kelley posted a picture of her belongings in what appeared to be a hospital room and insisted she had “no mental illness.”
