Russell Crowe revealed he’s lost 57 pounds over the last year. The actor shared on the Joe Rogan podcast that he’s changed parts of his lifestyle, including limiting his casual drinking. However, he hasn’t cut alcohol out completely, telling Rogan, “I’m a big proponent for having a drink – it’s my cultural heritage and as a working class man, it’s my g— right, Joe.” Crowe admitted to learning his limits and, “If I decide to have a glass of wine with dinner, it’s going to be a really nice wine.” The Hollywood star also admitted to using injections with the Way2Well platform in order to help with his inflammation: “I’m not really across the science, but the real benefit I’m getting from these into my shoulders, my knees and also IVs, is that it’s calmed down my body’s inflammation.”

Cheryl Burke told PEOPLE that she’s lost approximately 35 lbs over the last few months through eating clean food and intermittent fasting, which was especially a challenge as she loves to skip breakfast and eat food late.
