Are Lori Harvey & Damson Idris Back Together?

The former power couple is vacationing together, and the theories are dropping in full force on what could actually be happening nearly two years after they parted ways.

Lori Harvey and Damson Idris previously sparked reports of a reunion a few weeks after their breakup in 2023 when they attended the premiere of Beyoncé’s concert film together.

The Hollywood personalities stripped down for a cool dip in the Puerto Vallarta beach on Thursday, and they could not stop smiling. Harvey and Idris kept things coordinated in matching black swimsuits as she flaunted her toned figure in a black two-piece.

Idris wore black Prada shorts, keeping his arm around Harvey in one of the paparazzi shots as they made their way out of the water. Harvey packed her natural hair in a bun, accompanied by a no-makeup face for their day out in the sun.

In another image, posted by TMZ, Harvey and Idris appeared fully dressed with the model rocking a crochet see-through skirt over her bikini bottoms with a pair of sunglasses and slippers in hand. 

Idris donned a patterned two-piece suit, matched with a black face cap and silver studs, as he held a paper bag. Their fans instantly flocked to the post to comment, sharing their thoughts on the sight for sore eyes.

“Only man who ever got a second chance, he might be the one,” this commenter declared. Another Instagram user advised the duo to ditch the idea of getting back together because “it never works with an ex.”

“I give it a few more months, then she’ll leave him,” this commenter wrote, almost as if they can see the future. Another spectator declared that the couple would work out this time based on their zodiac signs, which are a perfect match.

Harvey and Idris left their admirers perplexed when they attended the premiere of Beyoncé’s “Renaissance World Tour” concert film in late November 2023. As reported by The Blast, aneyewitness shared that the former couple exited the venue in each other’s company but appeared very somber.

The last time the duo attended any Beyoncé event together was when they were together. They were at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London to witness a live performance from the “Crazy In Love” singer in May 2023.

At the May event, Harvey and the actor went on full PDA mode as she shared several videos of them on her Instagram story. In one of the videos, Idris planted a soft kiss on the model’s forehead, a gesture she accepted with a warm smile.

While their relationship lasted, the celebrity couple was placed under heavy scrutiny from people who believed the relationship was for publicity purposes.

During one of the red carpet outings, critics noticed that the couple did not move close to each other on the red carpet, accusing them of faking their connection.

Harvey replied to the comments, stating that she had on body makeup and did not want to leave marks on the actor’s outfit, hence the distance between them.

The couple enjoyed several vacations during their short-lived relationship, including trips to Turks and Caicos, Saint Tropez, and Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. Harvey and Idris also never stopped holding hands in public and were comfortable having paparazzi around.

Perhaps their famed love for vacationing further adds a layer of legitimacy to the circulating rumors of a reunion between the couple, but that is still all speculation.

The Blast shared that Harvey and Idris announced their separation on November 7, 2023, in a short but concise statement, which read:

“We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication. We part ways, remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together.”

The “Snowfall” actor had earlier hinted during their first Valentine’s Day together in 2023 that they met for the first time at Odell Beckham Jr.’s 30th birthday bash, where the entrepreneur stunned in a silver dress.

By August of the same year, the couple took a trip to Disneyland with enough shots for their social media fans to savor.

While Harvey kept things chic with a jumpsuit from her Yevrah brand paired with a Chanel bucket hat, Idris rocked a monochrome look, including a white t-shirt and pants paired with a Prada crossbody bag.
