Heather Gay Estimates She Has Spent $200K On Cosmetic Procedures

The reality TV star got candid about her cosmetic procedures and their costs in a recently published interview, revealing she never prioritized her appearance before joining “RHOSLC.” She noted that as a single mom, the idea of investing in her looks wasn’t in her budget until her income changed.

Becoming a Housewife motivated Gay to begin investing in her appearance as she had the money to do so. Although she admitted that it was impossible to achieve perfection, no matter how many treatments she got, it wasn’t fruitless to keep trying.

“Counting all of the things I’ve had done, I’m probably $200,000 into my physical appearance — and it was worth every penny,” Gay told Bustle. She reflected on her journey, noting that she started getting Botox in her early 30s; however, she stopped paying for most of her treatments after launching her Beauty Lab.

The TV Personality Listed Her Cosmetic Procedures

Gay confessed that she would have loved to get Botox earlier, claiming she advised her clients to start at 18. Unfortunately, in her case, her ex-husband’s frugality made it impossible for her to justify getting fillers or preventative cosmetic treatments since it was his money.

Now, she gets her Botox done quarterly or more often if she is filming. Gay’s list of cosmetic treatments continued with filler, facials, and laser hair removal, with her favorite being the “Labzillian” hair removal. She also got Sculptra, a collagen stimulator treatment involving long needles in the face.

The Entertainer Spent Around 30 Grand On A ‘Mommy Makeover’

Gay’s cosmetic procedures continued with a “mommy makeover,” which she believed cost around $30,000. She got a tummy tuck and a boob job, paid for by her ex-husband, who she claimed wanted her to get the procedures done.

“I think the tummy tuck was probably 18 to 20 grand, and the boob job was 8 to 12 grand. But the prices have gone way up — it’s now around 40 grand for a mommy makeover,” Gay shared.

She also dabbled in GLP-1s to lose 30 pounds over the last three years. The reality TV star noted that she started with Ozempic before switching to Mounjaro, like most celebrities.

During a 2024 interview, Gay addressed the backlash she received for joining the weight loss bandwagon, telling E! News that it was funny how people criticized her for being overweight only to shame her for losing it.

The Bravolebrity Accused A Former Housewife Of Giving Her A Black Eye

News Licensing / MEGA

Before the Ozempic drama, Gay clashed with a former housewife over an alleged physical altercation. The Blast covered the story in January 2024, reporting that she accused Jen Shah of giving her a black eye in 2022.

Gay confessed in a conversation with Andy Cohen that she held a deep fear of Shah and initially covered for her following the incident because she was terrified. She claimed the details of the alleged abuse were fuzzy because she had been drinking; however, she recalled her conversation with Shah the next day.

“She was the first person I texted; she came in the room, she said, ‘Did I give that to you?’ I said, ‘Don’t worry, I’ll cover,'” Gay claimed. Shah, on the other hand, denied the allegations and slammed Bravo for using her name to promote the show in her absence.
